I'm into hydrotherapy. It has helped me a lot during my recovery. Winter time I had a Steam Shower installed. Then a Infrared Sauna for a little weight loss. The final thing to complete my hydrotherapy is a Swim Spa. That will be the last puzzle piece for my spinal injury recovery.
